Your vision is a priority for Cobblestone Homes and we understand that it can be overwhelming when building a custom home. 

 

The first, and most critical step is selecting your house plan. Cobblestone Homes can assist you in this decision and can work with an architect to ensure that your home is exactly what you are envisioning.

 

Also, making the many selections involved in building a custom home can be daunting.  You will be choosing paint colors, lighting, faucets and fixtures, flooring, tile, windows and doors, cabinets, etc. Hiring a designer will enable you to envision your home and ensure that you have a home reflective of your personality. They will also work with Cobblestone Homes to coordinate your selections with the construction schedule to alleviate needless delays.

We can recommend an architect and/or a designer as an option during the planning stages.  Or, we can work with professionals that you know and have worked with in the past.
